We offer training programs for your executives, middle management and front line teams, as well as workshops. Our content covers everything from the basics of unconscious bias and allyship, to anti-racist practice in hospitality.

Mentorships & support

Do you have existing support systems to care for your Black, Indigenous and People of Colour in the workplace? The reality is, most hospitality organizations don't. BIH is available to be a safety net for your frontline staff, and a bridge between them and HR teams.
