You'll receive a detailed report with our findings, complete with recommendations for next steps. We can work with you to carry-out those recommendations, too.

Team training & workshops
​Not sure where to begin in your holistic approach to equity and inclusion at your organization, whether for staff or guests? We offer training programs for your executives, middle management and front line teams, as well as workshops. Our content covers everything from the basics of unconscious bias and allyship, to anti-racist practice in hospitality.


Mentorships & support
